Job summary

Peak Performance Recruitment seeks an experienced aviation technical professional for a strategic role supporting aircraft and engine transitions, leasing activity, and maintenance across a lessor's fleet. You will act as a key technical focal point for deliveries, redeliveries, onboarding, lease negotiations, and asset value management, with knowledge of engine management.

The role requires negotiating technical provisions, reviewing leases, and coordinating with internal teams and airlines.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering; an A&P licence is beneficial.
• Proven experience as powerplant/technical manager with lease-related duties.
• Strong IT skills and ability to communicate with airlines and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Report to senior technical leadership and coordinate technical matters.
• Act as focal point for aircraft transitions, deliveries, redeliveries and onboarding.
• Negotiate return conditions and technical provisions of leases and LOIs.
• Perform evaluations of return conditions and end-of-lease calculations.
• Review leases to identify gaps and develop cost-effective solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess investments and asset value.
• Support remarketing with asset condition information and specs.
• Monitor value impacts including ADs and service bulletins.
• Witness shop visits and report issues to the technical team.
• Travel internationally as required and adhere to guidelines.
