Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in aviation or MRO.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate operational challenges into improvements.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting tools, and process automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Analyze existing processes to eliminate waste and develop sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with management to understand challenges and prioritize improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and inform improvement initiatives.
• Support implementation, standardization, and sustainability of improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows across departments.
• Provide guidance and coaching to strengthen continuous improvement culture.
• Track progress of improvement plans with stakeholders.
• Promote Lean, Change Management and data-driven decision making.
• Leverage data analysis and digital tools to support improvements.
• Evaluate effectiveness of improvements and identify further optimization.
