Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Lean Management and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities to boost efficiency.
• Analyze processes to remove waste and create sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with departments to understand challenges and root causes.
• Lead Lean initiatives using process mapping and root cause analysis.
• Translate KPI insights into targeted improvement initiatives.
• Implement improvements with standardization and follow-up.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize interfaces and workflows.
• Coach management and staff to foster continuous improvement culture.
• Plan and monitor improvement projects with stakeholders.
• Promote Lean, Change Management, and continuous improvement practices.
• Use data analysis and Power BI to support decisions.
• Evaluate impact and identify further optimization.
