RTX's Connected Aviation group in Marlborough, MA, seeks a Lab Technician to support the ATS team in developing the STARS system and maintaining fielded labs.

You will work with Lab Manager, Program Office, and engineering to ensure compliant operations, inventory control, and setup of network devices. This role requires U.S. citizenship and a university degree, with three years in a lab environment; generous benefits and a competitive salary are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a University Degree.
• Three (3) years of experience in a lab environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with lab equipment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance and quality assurance standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage inventory and track lab materials.
• Familiarity with network configurations and lab procedures.
• Able to lift 25 lbs.
• Must communicate with vendors and STARS/ATS site personnel with little direction.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Aufgaben

• Operate and manage ATS Labs in support of Air Traffic Solutions programs.
• Work with Lab Manager, Program Office, Property Control, and engineering teams to ensure lab operations and compliance.
• Assist with lab setups, installations, and audits.
• Replace equipment, implement SBs, build/configure hardware racks, update inventory, and install patch panels.
• Mentor team members on network configurations and lab procedures.
