Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in Marlborough, MA is seeking a Lab Technician to support our Air Traffic Solutions (ATS) team in developing the STARS system and supporting fielded systems. You will work with lab managers, engineers, and program office to maintain labs, manage inventory, and install/configure equipment, ensuring compliance and readiness for audits.

You will also participate in configuring network devices, supporting software tests, and preparing labs for audits, while fostering collaboration

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree.
• Three years of lab experience.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with lab equipment and maintenance.
• Knowledge of compliance and QA standards.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in efficient operation of ATS Labs.
• Collaborate with Lab manager and engineering teams to ensure compliance and improvements.
• Provide lab support including cleaning and audits.
• Replace equipment, configure hardware racks, and update inventory.
• Set up network devices and prepare labs for tests and audits.
