Job summary

PSA Airlines in Charlotte, NC, seeks an Inventory Planning Analyst to drive growth by analyzing inventory demand and determining purchase needs and allocations. You will ensure maintenance support and optimize stock across locations while supporting on-time operations and customer satisfaction.

You will work with Procurement, Maintenance Planning, Tech Services, and Stores to coordinate transfers, validate programs, and maintain detailed records of min/max levels and provisioning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or supply chain.
• Two years of aviation experience or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand, maintenance, base activity, fleet type, and other inputs; set inventory min/max levels for in-stock position while minimizing total cost.
• Ensure stock availability at locations and optimize transfers.
• Collaborate with PMA part development and procurement teams.
• Coordinate transfers and seed units for fleet campaigns and SB kits.
• Maintain detailed records of min/max levels and provisioning decisions.
• Support Security and Safety Management System outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
