Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. seeks a Manager of Inventory Planning to establish aircraft component and material inventory levels and lead the inventory planning team across the maintenance organization. The role builds inventories databases, defines allocation methodology, and monitors restocking of bases.

The position requires strategic leadership, budget collaboration with Finance, and the ability to manage onshore and offshore resources while ensuring safety and compliance in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years aviation experience, preferably with supervision.
• Experience attracting, selecting, and developing technical teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong technical consulting/customer service background with excellent communication.
• Ability to handle operational issues, escalation, crisis management.
• Previous inventory planning experience.
• Budgeting, forecasting and operating expense experience.
• Strategic thinking and leadership with relationship management.
• Experience managing resources across multiple projects.
• Leadership of multi-discipline, high-performance teams.
• Developing efficient solutions to diverse business problems.
• Strong database background for inventory planning.
• Ability to manage onshore/offshore resources.
• Fluent English spoken and written.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety is the top priority for the team.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members for growth.
• Develop methodology for inventory placement and sparing levels.
• Lead annual provisioning projections based on fleet/routes.
• Build and maintain materials budgets with Finance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on PMA/OOPP development.
• Oversee Security and SMS outputs and risk management.
• Other duties as assigned.
