Job summary

PSA Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Manager of Inventory Planning in Charlotte to lead the inventory planning team, establish component inventory levels, and develop provisioning projections based on fleet activity.

This role emphasizes budgeting, vendor collaboration, and PMA/OOPP development with a strong safety and operations focus. The ideal candidate has aviation experience, leadership ability, and expertise in databases and inventory management to support a high-performing maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-3 years of aviation experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in attracting, selecting, and developing technical teams that can pull together to overcome obstacles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong technical consulting/customer service background with excellent oral, written and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to handle operational issues, escalation and crisis management.
• Experience in inventory planning and in budgeting and forecasting.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking with strong relationship management.
• Experience managing resources across multiple projects and leading multi-discipline teams.
• Strong database background for inventory planning.

Responsibilities

• Establish aircraft component and material inventory levels across maintenance.
• Lead the inventory planning team and maintain planning databases.
• Implement allocation methodology and monitor restocking of bases.
• Develop annual provisioning projections based on fleet structure and activity.
• Build and maintain materials budgets with PSA finance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors on PMA/OOPP development.
• Oversee PSA Security and Safety Management System outputs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
