Job summary

Aloha Air Cargo in Anchorage, AK seeks a Parts & Logistics Clerk to support Purchasing and Inventory with airworthiness documentation and proper stock placement.

You will receive shipments, verify P/N and quantities, attach Airworthiness Documents, scan records, and prepare parts for final inspection by Inventory Specialist or QC. The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and safe, compliant handling in a busy airport environment.

Qualifications

• Must have GED or High School Diploma.
• Experience with aircraft parts preferred.
• Experience in dealing with Computer Software Programs preferred.
• Standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy boxes up to 8 hours a day.
• Must be able to pass a ten year security background check.
• Must have a valid drivers license with a good driving record.
• Participate in the Clean As You Go program and SMS safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Receives shipments of parts and notifies Purchasing and Inventory.
• Checks for damage and documents findings.
• Tracks all parts in transit and confirms P/N and quantity with PO.
• Locates Airworthiness Documents and attaches to Yellow Tag.
• Scans Airworthiness Documentation into the system.
• Keeps receiving area organized and stocks parts in correct locations.
• Assists in duties of Purchasing Agent or Inventory Specialist when needed.
• Performs other duties as directed by the Maintenance Manager.
