Job summary

Gresham Smith in Tampa is seeking a Project Coordinator - Interior Design - Aviation to support design teams and deliver interior concepts from schematic to construction documents.

You will collaborate with senior designers, prepare plans, finish boards, and coordinate drawings while maintaining project libraries; a portfolio is required and a bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture with at least 2 years' experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design/Architecture from an accredited university pursuing licensure or licensed.
• Minimum of 2 years of job-related design experience required.
• Portfolio of work samples must be included with resume/CV.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and PhotoShop preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior design assignments and work from designs of others.
• Support senior designers by handling portions of their assignments.
• Compile data, perform design computations and prepare plans and renderings.
• Maintain library, create finish boards, order samples, develop furniture specs.
• Assist in project finish and color selection, interior spatial design and document coordination.
• Coordinate drawings with other disciplines and assist with space planning.
