Job summary

Gresham Smith is seeking a Project Coordinator - Architecture for aviation market work. You will engage across design development, construction documentation, and production drawings, coordinating with teams from programming through construction administration.

Qualifications

• 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1-4 years of job-related or design experience.
• Experience executing aviation architectural projects from master planning to construction administration.
• Proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, Photoshop.
• LEED certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, preparation of presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings.
• Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents.
• Develop, modify, and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
• Research materials to determine the appropriate selection for the project.
• Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from the initial programming stages through to construction administration.
• Review construction submittals and assist the project manager in construction administration.
• Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions to those problems.
