Gresham Smith in Tampa seeks a Project Coordinator - Architecture for aviation market initiatives. You will support all project phases, from programming through construction administration, coordinating drawings, specs, and client communications.

The role requires a degree in architecture and 1–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in REVIT, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion, and Photoshop. LEED is preferred; hybrid work is available in Tampa.

Qualifications

• 5-year Bachelor's/Master's degree in Architecture.
• 1-4 years of job-related or design experience required; internships may count.
• Experience executing aviation architectural projects from planning to construction administration.
• Proficiency with REVIT, SketchUp, Enscape, Lumion and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on all phases of various architectural projects including design development, presentation drawings and specifications, design review, coordination, and correlation of construction drawings.
• Prepare schematics, design development, and construction documents.
• Develop, modify, and review production drawings and edit project narratives and specifications.
• Research materials to determine appropriate selection for the project.
• Plan, coordinate, and administer projects from programming through construction administration.
• Review construction submittals and assist the project manager in construction administration.
• Analyze client problems and develop architectural solutions.
