Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of aviation integration experience, preferably with government contracts.
• PMP certification is a significant plus.
• Proven ability to manage and coordinate engineering efforts on complex projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering efforts across multiple projects and ensure seamless integration of aviation systems and components.
• Maintain project scope and budget per SOW and customer requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks with proactive mitigation.
• Provide accurate estimates to completion for ongoing projects and ensure timelines.
• Prioritize project tasks based on urgency, importance, and resources.
• Participate in technical meetings and reviews, offering insights to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop ROM and BOE documents.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, PMs, and stakeholders for updates.
• Conduct technical drawing reviews to support project development.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
