Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years related experience.
• Familiarity with modern avionics architectures and DoD avionics systems.
• Knowledge of DoD and FAA airworthiness concepts and EMC mitigation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements, architectures and interfaces for avionic and mission systems.
• Create wiring diagrams, electrical installation drawings and harness fabrication drawings using CAD.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing, prototype, validation and post-modification testing.
• Lead design reviews and develop installation instructions.
• Support certification efforts and ensure conformance to design.
