Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in aircraft integration and avionics would be beneficial.
• Strong analytical and design skills for complex electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop system requirements, architecture and interfaces between new avionic or mission systems and legacy aircraft systems.
• Develop aircraft systems and subsystem electrical designs including wiring diagrams, electrical installation drawings and harness fabrication drawings using CAD.
• Design control panels, circuit breaker panels, relay panels and interface panels.
• Perform engineering analyses and reports to obtain airworthiness certification including Electrical Loads Analysis (ELA).
• Develop and present design reviews and installation instructions.
• Provide engineering support during manufacturing, prototyping, validation and verification of aircraft modifications.
• Review installations for conformance to design and provide testing plans and reports.
