Job summary

CAE USA seeks an Educational Technologies professional to lead ISD efforts for C-17 training materials and courseware across crew specialties. You will apply instructional design processes, develop objectives, and deliver AVIATION-focused training content with an emphasis on accuracy and usability.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in ISD, familiarity with LMS platforms, and experience creating self-paced, interactive content. Some travel and DoD standards exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, related discipline, or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in instructional analysis, design, development, or curriculum development.
• Experience developing aviation training products or government training curriculum preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow ISD processes in maintenance and upgrades of C-17 TS courseware across crew specialties.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure traceability of courseware updates under training system.
• Develop instructional materials, learning objectives, scenarios, and assessment tools.
