Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a field relevant to the role.
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience.
• 5+ years in pilot, flight instructor, avionics, or adult education domains.
• Internal candidates require demonstrated performance as Aviation Instructional Designer 1.
• Experience in curriculum development and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of web-based content, courses, and multimedia training.
• Develop pilot and maintenance training programs and syllabi.
• Plan projects to meet time, scope, and quality objectives.
• Refine training programs to broaden reach and impact.
• Travel domestically or internationally up to 25% as needed.
