Xyant Technology, a federal systems integrator, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for aviation-related sales. The role is based in Cedar Rapids, IA, with 2–3 days on-site and initial training on-site. It is a 12-month contract with standard M-F hours.

The candidate should have 2–5 years in sales or account management, demonstrated customer focus, and strong communication skills. A high school diploma is required; a related degree is preferred.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in sales, customer service in sales, or account management in sales.
• Ability to work independently with minimal instruction and self-starter mindset.
• Proven ability to provide highly responsive, empathetic customer support.
• Strong written and verbal communication for global correspondence.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide timely and accurate responses to RFQs received by email, phone, or portals.
• Liaise with peers and leadership to understand market pricing dynamics and capture sales.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Review and validate customer purchase orders for accuracy and compliance.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships before and after sales.
