Job summary

Brightpath Associates LLC seeks an Aviation Senior Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex airport infrastructure projects in Texas. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, coordinate with clients, airlines, FAA, TSA, and other stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while meeting safety and quality standards.

You will also contribute to business development, oversee personnel needs, and mentor junior staff as the aviation market expands.

Qualifications

ABET/EAC-accredited civil engineering degree.
Texas PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months.
8+ years of aviation design and project delivery experience.
Experience managing complex infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and aviation design programs.
Knowledge of FAA design standards.

Responsibilities

Lead aviation infrastructure projects including design of runways, taxiways, aprons, terminals, roadways, and related systems.
Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.
Coordinate and direct multidisciplinary internal and external project teams.
Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with regulators and stakeholders.
Support proposal preparation and client presentations.
Travel as required and mentor junior staff.
