Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotations; assist in proposals and contracts.
• Lead or participate in client contract scoping and negotiations.
• Manage project team to deliver scope, schedule and budgets.
• Perform technical tasks: analysis, design, reports, specifications.
• Lead development and execution of the project management plan.
• Mentor staff and oversee staffing, performance, and reviews.
• Support business development and pursue opportunities.
