The role requires deep leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and quality as you mentor teams and drive successful project outcomes for complex facilities.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• California Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 12+ years in project/construction management, with field teams and inspections.
• Strong communication and client-management skills.
• Knowledge of aviation and heavy civil infrastructure preferred.

Aufgaben

• Identify and pursue aviation and infrastructure projects with sector leadership.
• Serve as Project Manager / Resident Engineer with full PM responsibilities.
• Oversee field supervision, inspections, and testing for complex paving and utilities.
• Coordinate between field inspectors and contractor reps; monitor schedule and cost.
• Maintain rigorous project records and manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Lead and mentor project teams, ensure QA/QC and safety compliance.
