Job summary

LMR is seeking a licensed massage therapist to provide critical soft tissue therapy to aircrew personnel. You will work with Human Performance professionals to deliver integrated care and enhance pilot readiness, while maintaining infection control and DoD policy compliance.

Responsibilities include delivering massage, supporting injury prevention, and documenting treatments. Requires state license, CPR/AED, and ability to obtain Tier 1 security clearance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical/clinical or high-performance environment.
• State massage therapy license in the state of service delivery.
• Current CPR and AED certification.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Tier 1 Security Clearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic massage and soft tissue treatments.
• Support injury prevention and rehabilitation programs.
• Collaborate with HP team and contribute to instructional efforts.
• Document treatments and maintain compliance with standards.
• Other related duties as assigned.
