Job summary

Piedmont Airlines in Middletown, PA is seeking a motivated Human Resources Benefits Associate Intern. This internship supports the Benefits and Worker's Compensation teams by answering questions and assisting with eligibility and documentation.

The intern must be enrolled in an undergraduate program, able to multi-task, and organized. This role offers growth opportunities and interns receive travel privileges on the American Airlines network.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Basic Microsoft Office Skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
• Ability to commute to Middletown, PA.

Responsibilities

• Assist team members with benefits and worker's compensation related questions.
• Work with and answer vendor questions.
• Review dependent documentation to determine benefit eligibility.
• Run reports and review schedules for the worker's compensation team.
• Update intranet material as needed.
