To continue our standard of excellence, Piedmont is seeking a motivated, reliable student to join our team as a Travel Intern. This internship supports the Benefits team and the Leave of Absence team. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, remain organized, and have experience in a fast-paced work environment. The position reports to the Time and Leave Manager.
Assist team members with travel related questions
Upload and review dependent documentation
Assist with travel bookings and confirming availability
Update travel webpage as needed
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program
Basic skills in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Ability to work a minimum of 15 hours per week
Ability to commute to Middletown, PA
Prior work experience in an office environment
Prior experience with travel reservation systems
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Standard office environment, use of computers and other office equipment
Ability to work a flexible schedule, if needed
Non-exempt
Occasional lifting up to 25lbs
