Job summary

Alliance Ground International in New Jersey is seeking a GSE Supervisor to lead maintenance support for aviation ground service equipment at the airport. You will oversee service requests, coordinate preventative maintenance, and ensure timely repairs with a strong safety focus.

The role requires supervisory experience, excellent communication with customers and teammates, and the ability to work within budget constraints while maintaining regulatory compliance. Training and uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience in general automotive and heavy equipment maintenance, including supervisory duties.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in the workplace.
• Ability to communicate with customers and team members clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt response to equipment service requests for GSE including vehicles and support equipment.
• Understand Preventative Maintenance Programs and required documentation.
• Complete equipment repairs and manage a disciplined work schedule.
• Ensure safety policies, proper parts receipt, and budget adherence.
• Set up equipment shipments and monitor deliveries.
