Job summary

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is seeking a GSE Supervisor to provide and supervise maintenance support for aviation ground service equipment at our Indianapolis area stations. The role emphasizes safety, timely maintenance, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced aviation environment.

The candidate will lead maintenance activities, manage parts and budgets, and ensure service delivery aligns with company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience in general automotive and heavy equipment maintenance, including supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong communication and customer-service abilities.
• Computer skills required.
• Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.
• US work authorization if located in the United States.
• Canada work authorization if located in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt response to equipment service requests, including servicing vehicles and equipment.
• Understand Preventative Maintenance Programs and required documentation.
• Complete equipment repairs through a disciplined work schedule.
• Comply with established safety policies and procedures.
• Understand purchasing policies to receive parts.
• Ensure the security of supplies and equipment.
• Work within the local station maintenance budget.
• Exhibit good communication skills.
• Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance related to GSE maintenance within the region.
• Set up equipment shipments and monitor deliveries.
