Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a GSE Mechanic at Philadelphia International Airport to repair and rebuild airport service vehicles, inspect parts, and perform engine and systems repairs. You will ensure preventive care and timely fixes to keep aircraft services operational, with safety at the forefront.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanical experience, and the ability to read, write, and speak English. Shift options include 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with varying off days.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of mechanical experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual quality control checks on refueling equipment and maintain related records.
• Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
• Provide preventive care to equipment and timely repairs to ensure aircraft services operate smoothly.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment per health and safety policies.
