PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a GSE Mechanic Level II in Albuquerque, NM. The role focuses on repairing and maintaining ground support equipment, including tugs, belt loaders, and other airfield machinery.

The position offers guaranteed full-time hours with a shift from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, Saturdays and Sundays off, and a target wage of $28–$30 per hour. Candidates must have 3 years of verified experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• 3 years of verified experience required
• Must provide their own tools and toolbox
• Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Service and repair Ground Service Equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, pushbacks, trucks, and similar gear.
• Inspect and troubleshoot engines, electrical systems, brakes, hydraulics, and related components.
• Log repair work with equipment numbers and descriptions for each piece.
• Operate and test ground equipment to assess performance.
• Complete required paperwork and tracking of parts used in repairs.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PrimeFlight customer service standards.
