Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Trade certification as Automotive Service Technician or related, or 12 months in maintenance trades
• Flexible to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays
• Ability to distinguish colors red, green, yellow, white, and blue
• Lift items weighing up to 100 lbs
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication ability
• Legal right to work in the United States
• Must read/write/speak English fluently
• Experience maintaining mobile ground power or A/C units preferred
• Automotive Inspection certificates/licenses preferred

Responsibilities

• The GSE Mechanic performs maintenance assignments for automotive and ground equipment.
• Maintains equipment such as aircraft tugs, tow tractors, belt loaders, power units, and company vehicles.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose to disassemble, clean, repair, rework, replace, fabricate, assemble and adjust equipment.
