Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking a capable GSE Technician to join our maintenance team in Morrisville, NC. The role requires diagnosing and repairing complex GSE systems with minimal supervision, using OEM manuals and schematics to ensure reliability.

You will mentor junior technicians, document all work in our CMMS, and uphold safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment. Strong diagnostics, electrical, and hydraulic skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
• Experience with OEM manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostics.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems.
• Complete complex repairs including engine work and hydraulic system overhauls.
• Interpret OEM manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Mentor junior technicians and ensure safety practices.
• Document work in CMMS per CCC standards.
• Ensure repairs meet OEM specs and safety/regulatory standards.
