Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Mechanic to repair and rebuild airport service vehicles, including trucks and hydrant equipment. You will inspect parts, repair engines, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems to keep aircraft services running smoothly.

Responsibilities include monthly and quarterly checks on refueling gear, driving refueling vehicles on the ramp, and maintaining a safe work environment in line with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must have maintenance experience and be able to read and follow safety rules.
• Must be 18 years or older with a valid US driver's license.
• Must have authorization to work in the USA.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
• Willing to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and repair vehicles including gas/diesel engines and hydraulic/electrical systems.
• Perform regular quality control checks on refueling equipment.
• Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles on the ramp.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow health and safety policies.
• Repair and replace tires and wheels and perform accident inspections.
