Job summary

Menzies Aviation at CVG is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and rebuild airport service vehicles, including refueling equipment vehicles. You will inspect parts, diagnose issues with gas/diesel engines, hydraulics, electrical and mechanical systems, and perform preventive maintenance to keep aircraft services running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years of mechanical experience, ability to read and speak English, and the stamina to work variable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of mechanical experience.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• Must obtain and maintain Airports and Custom badges/seals.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and identify defective or broken parts on vehicles and repair gas/diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fueling and mechanical systems.
• Perform monthly/quarterly/annual quality checks on refueling equipment and maintain maintenance records.
• Drive and operate refueling equipment vehicles.
• Provide preventive care to equipment to keep aircraft services operating effectively.
