Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a GSE/Diesel Mechanic, preferably in aviation.
• Technical certifications or licenses are preferred.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Valid motor vehicle driver's license for air side/non-air side operations.
• Dedication to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Adherence to AGI's core values of safety, excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance excellence: repair and maintain all ground service equipment, including preventative tasks.
• Installation, modification, and renovation of equipment to improve GSE fleet.
• Inventory management and keeping service records up to date.
• Operate and drive various motorized and non-motorized equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance according to schedules.
• Respond to on-call maintenance requests, including after-hours calls.
• Provide troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments of GSE.
• Overhaul power plant, drive-train, brake, electric, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Follow safety guidelines and report accidents or issues.
• Parts management and procurement for maintenance and repair.
• Maintain clean and serviceable shop and report deficiencies.
• Fuel equipment as necessary with safety and environmental compliance.
• Communicate professionally with Ramp management, customers, and staff.
