Job summary

Contour is hiring for a full-time position at our Nashville, TN location. The role emphasizes customer service to pilots and passengers, safe operations, and coordination of ramp activities. You will marshal aircraft, fuel and service aircraft, and manage landings and towing.

Qualities include strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel in/out of the United States.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to pilots and passengers.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Marshal aircraft on and off ramp.
• Fuel and oil aircraft servicing.
• Tow aircraft between hangars and tie-downs.
• Secure aircraft when parked.
• Provide GPU and lavatory services and dispose lavatory contents.
