Job summary

Contour Airlines seeks a Cross-Utilized Airport Agent at Nashville International Airport. You will perform ticketing, gate, and ramp tasks, greeting passengers, assisting with check-in, and guiding boarding while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

You will work in indoor/outdoor environments, lifting up to 75 pounds and handling ground service equipment as needed. Overtime, holiday pay, and NRSA travel are included.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Nine months of airline or aviation experience preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States without restriction.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Read, write and understand English fluently; Spanish a plus.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office; typing speed minimum 30 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly with courtesy.
• Check-in, ticket changes, re-bookings, and special requests.
• Check baggage per airline policies and safety rules.
• Board/deplane passengers and assist with wheelchairs or unaccompanied minors.
• Provide gate information and resolve customer concerns.
