Job summary

Trego Dugan Aviation Of Grand Island Inc in Kalispell, MT is seeking a Part Time Laborer/Ramp to deliver friendly passenger service while supporting ramp operations, aircraft turnaround, and ground service activities. You will work at the ticket counter to the tarmac and help keep flights on time.

The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays, the ability to lift up to 70 lbs, and compliance with FAA and security rules.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years old.
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must read and write English.
Must obtain SIDA badge and pass pre-employment drug test.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
Attend and complete all required training.

Responsibilities

Process customer tickets, check baggage, monitor carry-on size and quantity, and assign seats.
Provide information on arrival/departure times and procedures.
Handle denied boarding situations and provide vouchers as needed.
Ensure FAA, airline and airport regulations are followed.
Assist customers with special needs during boarding.
Load/unload baggage and cargo safely.
Marshal aircraft to/from gates and assist with pushback.
Perform interior cleaning and commissary duties as required.
Communicate with team via two-way radio.
Complete required training; only perform trained tasks.
