Trego-Dugan Aviation Inc is seeking a Ground Service Agent to support passengers, handling tickets, baggage, and seating while assisting ramp operations and aircraft turnaround. You will ensure safe, timely service in a fast-paced airport setting.

The role emphasizes safety, customer-focused service, and teamwork across terminal and ramp teams, with training and community-friendly shifts on site at the airport.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must read and write English and be able to obtain a SIDA badge.
• Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays; able to complete required training.

Responsibilities

• Process customer tickets, check baggage, assign seats and monitor carry-ons.
• Provide accurate information on arrival times, boarding procedures, and regulations.
• Handle denied boarding situations and arrange vouchers as needed.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, airline, and airport rules at all times.
• Marshal aircraft to gates and assist with pushback procedures.
• Load/unload baggage and cargo safely and efficiently.
• Communicate with team via two-way radio and support ramp operations.
• Perform interior cleaning and commissary duties as required.
• Report safety hazards to the supervisor and participate in training.
