Job summary

Silver Wings Aerospace in Homestead/Princeton, FL, is seeking an Aerospace Generator Rotor & Stator Shop Lead to oversee inspection, repair, rewinding, testing and overhaul of aircraft generator rotors and stators. You will provide technical leadership, production management, and quality oversight while ensuring FAA/regulatory compliance and AS9100 standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in generator rotor/stator rewinding and testing.
• Experience with FAA/EASA/ISO quality systems.
• Experience leading teams in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full rewind process in the rewind repair shop.
• Organize daily operations of the generator rewind repair shop.
• Plan, schedule, and prioritize workload to meet delivery requirements.
• Coordinate resources, labor, tooling, and materials to maximize productivity.
• Monitor workflow from receiving to final testing and shipment.
• Ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel.
• Provide technical expertise in repair, overhaul, rewinding, balancing, testing.
