Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test aircraft components.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify failures and repair actions.
• Work with generator components and related pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Follow OEM manuals, engineering instructions, and FAA regulations during repairs.
• Use hand tools, precision instruments, gauges, and test equipment for repair and testing.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure repaired components meet requirements before release.
• Identify non-conforming components and report findings as required.
• Replace or repair defective components per procedures and instructions.
• Maintain repair, inspection, and test documentation for traceability.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality Control to resolve issues.
• Keep tools and work area clean, organized, and safe; observe PPE procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, disassemble, repair, reassemble, and test various aircraft components.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify component failures and determine appropriate repair actions.
• Work with generator components and related pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Follow OEM manuals, engineering instructions, technical specifications, and FAA regulations when performing repairs.
• Use hand tools, precision measuring instruments, gauges, and specialized test equipment to perform repair and testing activities.
• Perform functional testing to verify that repaired components meet applicable requirements before release.
• Identify worn, damaged, defective, or non-conforming components and report findings as required.
• Replace or repair defective components in accordance with approved procedures and technical instructions.
• Maintain accurate repair, inspection, and test documentation to ensure proper traceability.
• Work closely with Engineering and Quality Control personnel to resolve technical issues and ensure repair requirements are met.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, organized, and safe conditions.
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
