Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Fueler Supervisor to lead daily fuel operations, supervise a team of fuelers, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across all fueling activities. You will coordinate fueling schedules, monitor inventory, and maintain equipment while upholding PrimeFlight service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to work outdoors in various conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information using electronic devices.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for fuel trucks, fuel farm, tugs, towing equipment, and other related fuel service equipment
• Responsible for supervision of fueling staff
• Safely and efficiently conduct fueling operations
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions
• Perform daily quality control inspections on equipment, ensuring cleanliness and functionality
• Utilize fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and stationary carts to refuel aircrafts
• Ensure accurate loading and balancing of fuel
• Conduct defueling procedures as required
• Exhibit consistent and dependable attendance
• Work outdoors, exposed to varying temperatures and inclement weather
• Responsible for fueling various Ground Service Equipment such as Hydrant Trucks, Fuel Trucks, Tanker Trucks, Tugs, and Belt Loaders
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management
