Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Shift Supervisor in the Austin area to supervise Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations. You will direct daily activities, enforce safety protocols, and ensure accurate reporting on staffing, shifts, and equipment status.

The role requires prior fueling experience, a valid US driver's license, and the ability to pass background checks and drug testing. Strong leadership and teamwork are essential for maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Must have prior Aircraft Fueling experience.
• Management, supervisory or lead experience in Aviation preferred.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid US driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening and FBI background check.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all Aircraft Fuelers in Fueling Operations.
• Direct and provide written/verbal instructions while enforcing safety procedures.
• Prepare staffing updates, shift reports, and equipment status reports.
• Manage fuel transactions and ensure accuracy in documentation.
• Mentor workers and enforce fair, timely disciplinary actions.
• Operate fuel trucks and assist with fueling/defueling as needed.
