Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee Aircraft Fuelers and coordinate fueling operations. You will issue instructions, ensure safety procedures are followed, and manage staffing and reporting for daily fueling activities.

The role requires prior fueling experience, supervisory abilities, and a valid US driver's license. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and holidays is essential. Knowledge of FAA/Customs requirements is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Prior Aircraft Fueling experience.
• Supervisory or lead experience in aviation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and testing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Able to lift 70 lbs repeatedly.
• Flexible to work variable shifts incl. weekends/holidays.
• FBI background and US Customs Seal.
• FAA identifications/seals or authorizations.

Responsibilities

• Review data on incoming flights to plan work activities.
• Directs and coordinates fueling operations and staffing.
• Supervise fueling operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit shift and equipment reports.
• Mentor other employees and resolve grievances.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
• Operate fuel trucks to provide services to customers.
