Job summary

Menzies Aviation is seeking an Operations Manager, Aircraft Fueling in Los Angeles to direct fueling operations, lead a senior team, and uphold safety, security, and governance standards across all station activities.

The role requires coordinating with flight schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery, maintaining equipment and records, and promoting a strong safety culture while fostering excellent customer experiences at the station.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or university or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Experience in fueling or ground operations environments is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct fueling operations and coordinate activities for fast, safe service.
• Lead and mentor senior team, ensure safety, security, and governance standards.
• Plan work activities based on flight schedules and station needs.
• Monitor procedures, facilities, and equipment; recommend improvements.
• Promote customer satisfaction and strong service delivery at the station.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Attend required training and manage staff performance and development.
