Job summary

Signature Aviation is seeking a Fueler to support fueling and servicing of aircraft and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment used in fueling operations. The role includes fueling/de-fueling, de-icing, and maintaining equipment, with strict adherence to safety and accuracy in fuel transactions.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be at least 18, and able to pass background checks and drug tests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3–6 months related experience or training, or equivalent combination.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, and obtain an airport security badge.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must complete Company’s PST program.
• Commercial Driver License (HI locations) optional.

Responsibilities

• Fuel and defuel aircraft in a safe and efficient manner.
• Accurately account for fuel transactions.
• Perform de-icing as required.
• Maintain fueling equipment in clean, functional condition.
• Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel.
• Operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts and stationary carts.
