Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services in the United States is hiring Aircraft Fuelers to ensure safe, accurate refueling of aircraft in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will operate fueling equipment, verify fuel quantities, perform equipment inspections, and maintain fueling records, supporting on-time departures while upholding safety standards. This role requires physical dexterity, ability to work nights/ weekends, and compliance with aviation regulations.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older and legally eligible to work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Communication in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic math for fuel calculations and documentation.
• Ability to access information on iPads/Tablets, computers and mobile devices.
• Ability to work any day/shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to acquire required credentials (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, US Customs).

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently conduct aircraft fueling operations per guidelines.
• Operate fuel trucks, hydrant carts, and related equipment.
• Connect/disconnect fueling hoses and monitor fuel flow.
• Ensure correct loading and balancing of fuel per aircraft specs.
• Perform daily quality control inspections on fueling equipment.
• Maintain accurate records of fueling transactions and quantities.
• Fuel various Ground Service Equipment as required.
• Respond to spills, leaks, or emergencies following safety protocols.
• Work outdoors in varying temperatures.
• Maintain regular attendance at the work location.
• Uphold PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
