PrimeFlight Aviation Services seeks a Fuel Operations Manager to oversee field operations, lead the team, and coordinate with airlines and airport authorities for safe and efficient aviation fuel services.

The role includes crisis management, process optimization, and ensuring compliance with FAA/EPA/NFPA guidelines while driving operational excellence in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• 5 years of Leadership/Operational experience.
• Prior fuel experience is required.
• Project Management experience a plus.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Clearance credentials (FAA, EPA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise daily field operations of the aviation fuel services team.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing team with training and evaluations.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with airlines and liaise with airport authorities.
• Lead crisis management and contingency planning for fuel operations.
• Optimize processes to reduce costs while maintaining safety and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EPA, NFPA and other regulations.
• Monitor daily operations and report fuel consumption and performance.
• Maintain relationships with airlines, airport staff, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in budgeting and cost management for fuel operations.
• Document fuel transactions, inventory, inspections, and safety reports.
