PrimeFlight is seeking a Fuel Operations Manager to oversee field operations, lead the operations team, and coordinate with airlines and airport authorities to ensure safe, timely, and efficient aviation fuel services.

The role emphasizes crisis management, regulatory compliance (FAA, EPA, NFPA), and continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. Strong leadership, communication, and budget awareness are essential.

Qualifications

5 years of Leadership/Operational experience required.
Prior fuel experience is required.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise daily field operations of the aviation fuel services team.
Manage and develop a high-performing team with a culture of safety and accountability.
Coordinate delivery schedules with airlines and liaise with airport authorities.
Lead crisis management and implement contingency plans for emergencies.
Continuously assess and optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with FAA, EPA, NFPA and other regulatory standards.
Monitor operations and report on fuel consumption, safety incidents, and productivity.
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and manage budgets for fuel operations.
Ensure accurate documentation of fuel transactions and inspections.
