Job summary

Beacon AI in San Carlos, CA is seeking a Frontend Web App Engineer to help build high-impact web interfaces for our flight safety platform. You will work with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver user-facing features that visualize real-time and historical aviation data.

Requirements include 2+ years building user-facing web apps using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern APIs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience building user-facing web applications.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
• Familiarity with asynchronous data, APIs, and data streams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement React-based features for web applications.
• Integrate, process, and visualize data from live streams and archives.
• Collaborate with backend, product, and UX/UI teams on design and implementation.
• Contribute to code reviews and frontend best practices.
• Ensure frontend systems are reliable through testing and documentation.
• Develop reusable frontend components and libraries.
