Job summary

Textron is seeking a Front‑Line Leader for our Wichita, KS production team. This onsite role focuses on leading daily activities to support FLRAA aircraft assembly, driving safety, quality, cost control, and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will manage direct reports, implement standards, and collaborate across functions to meet objectives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of production/manufacturing supervisory experience in airframe and structural assembly.
• Able to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.
• Strong communication skills, data-driven with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to create and implement procedures and standard work, process improvements or best practices.
• Experience directing daily manufacturing activities within an area.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily assignment and direction to direct reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance and facilities to ensure work orders are submitted and completed.
• Utilize metrics driven accountability for performance such as TAKT, earned hours, efficiency, schedule, overhead, and overtime charges.
• Ensure compliance of existing protocols (tool calibration, tool control, operator training and qualification).
• Lead in a matrix work environment with cross-functional teams.
