Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of full-cycle Accounts Payable experience.
• Experience with 3-way matching.
• Experience with month-end close, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full Accounts Payable cycle, processing approximately 200-250 invoices per month.
• Prepare weekly payment runs, including 20-30 checks per week.
• Maintain accurate AP records and vendor files.
• Review and match invoices, verify approvals, and ensure proper coding.
• Assist with month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals and journal entries.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
